| - I get paying what the market will bear, the basic economic principal of guns and butter. But I'm still aggravated when I pay exorbitant prices at the airport and feel slighted, which is all too common.
Not in this case, Matt's Big Breakfast at the cost of $10.83 (pre tip) delivered a quality meal, good service, and a fair price. I had the Sonrisa Burrito which satisfied my hunger, and was top shelf quality. It had plenty of scrumptious bacon, jalapenos, potatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs. The highlight was the swine, they make mean bacon strips! Another plus was the side salsa they provided, much better than anything that comes out of a bottle. I washed my burrito down with a cup of coffee.
The physical location is open air, bright and friendly. They also have a big square bar which can seat around 20 people. I found my way to the sit down counter, where my server was Kristie, she was friendly, but obviously busy. I never say this, but I was completely satisfied with my bang for the buck!
