  • This was a very negative experience for me, in fact, it was the worst pedicure I've ever received! I was a first time customer to this spa, and right away, my experience was not a good one. As I was picking out a polish color, I felt rushed as the woman stood two feet away from me impatiently awaiting my decision. Later, at the chair, the woman did a poor job of exfoliating my feet and of polishing my toes. There was nail polish on the cuticle/skin around my toes and noticeably calloused feet which had not been properly treated. At the conclusion of my pedicure, I specifically addressed the manager, and she brushed me off completely with no interest in amending the situation! Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer!!
