  • Since my last review was deemed "Not Recommended" because of lack of information about my visit here t is again. I've been to this place for service multiple times. Every visit I was quoted a time of 1-2 hours for an oil change and have been stuck there over 4 hours. Had a recall on my lift gate, made an appointment for two weeks later, brought my car in and left it all day with a 7am appointment only to get a call at 4pm saying they didn't have the part in stock. Made a second appointment, left the car and took a shuttle home. Waited all day for a call but got nothing, not even an update. I get a call at 5:30 ok saying it could be done by the end of the day but they didn't have he shuttle to pick me up anymore, so I'm stuck at home with no way to get there. I had to catch a cab and drive there to pick up my car and they still told me o had to come back for another appointment. They've done nothing to make it right and have no respect for people's times and vehicles. I hope this has enough detail. Please head to the new Jeep dealer off 215/Buffalo. Much better service.
