I have been banking here for years. Their tellers are always polite and friendly, however, I find the managers and the people that work at the help desk to be completely useless and lacking customer service. If TD made this promotion and I come in asking about this promotion, you better know what I'm talking about or make an attempt to find out what I'm talking about. To tell me that you can't find the promotion but later are able to pull it up from the computer? You have one job! Not to mention, there are no smiles and life in them as if they have a terrible job. If you don't like the job, feel free to resign so there will be an opening and someone like me can take your place. How fortunate you are to have a job at TD and yet you can't even do it right. If your branch made a banking error that is inconveniencing me, it is your duty to rectify it. Not hand me a brochure asking me to further waste my time to call a number and have to explain it to them all over again. What part of "your branch's mistake" did you not understand? To tell me that you can't do anything at the branch level and that only the higher ups can do something.. but who's fault was this mistake though? If anything, YOU should call in to the higher ups and correct this mistake right now instead of giving me lame excuses since you don't know how to do your job and trying to make me leave the branch. Manager's attitude was also unacceptable.
