  • There is an article that talks about Sweet Republic being one of the ten ice cream places you need to stop by in Phoenix. It has been on my list every work trip but I happened to be driving by while working and thought what a perfect time to take a break. I was so excited to try. The unique flavor profiles don't disappoint! If you have a chance to stop by I encourage you to do so... it is worth every single bite. When I walked in I told the girl making the waffle bowls that it was my first time and she was so polite and patient. She let me try whatever flavor I wanted. I was excited with every single one I saw. The peaberry coffee and pistachio stood out for me ... buy because of the heat I settled on the refreshing mint chocolate chip and honey lavender. Because I got a waffle bowl two scoops of ice cream, almond brittle, caramel and toasted marshmallow ... it cost me $8 ... your taste buds won't be sorry! Treat yourself and try it out. Tip: As an added bonus I was able to charge my phone which was perfect for my GPS which I was using for work. Each table had a nice charging station which was really great.
