  • Would not recommend Lowe's for any home improvement jobs! We started our kitchen project in early November and we were told a week to two weeks from start to finish. It's now February and we are still incomplete! There is always some excuse why it's not on time... they blame the vendors, they blame the workers, it's always something. And customer service is no help at all... they are obviously reading a script and never have a solution. You should look elsewhere for your remodeling needs unless you are ok with getting the job completed at their pace.
