  • I would recommend Kelly Clark without hesitation. I just had my car in to get a flat fixed and while it was getting fixed they made a small mistake which caused an issue with another tire. They immediately called me and let me know of the mistake. What's more is that despite my initial knee-jerk reaction of anger, the employee remained calm and handled it very well. They remedied the mistake in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make it right. Bottom line-everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But in the end-do you want service from the company that admits it and remedies it? Or from the company that brushes it under the rug? I will continue to go here for maintenance because I know they are honest and forth-coming.
