  • WOW! These folks are GREAT! You don't get this type of old-school customer service anymore! Mother board on the Whirlpool washer finally went out. I called on Tuesday, they were there on Thursday at 8:05 AM (promised me a 8 - 10 AM window). Gentleman (Rick or Rich?) was clad in impeccable, professional attire (no jeans?!), checked the pressure hose prior to investigating the mother board to see if he could save me some $. Never believed anyone would do that! Turns out it was the mother board; he had it installed and up and running in about 35 minutes. Price was fair. They will get all of my business from now and SHOULD HAVE A CHANCE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS TOO!!!!
