  • By far the worst complex I've ever lived in. I moved in at a young age and felt extremely taken advantage of by the old company, my unit was dirty the day I moved in, there was dust bunnies, hair and stains everywhere. I was hopeful when Weidner took over the property but they were just as bad and even more rude. They boast about luxury living but they gave me a roach infested unit and let the issue go on for 6 whole months of my lease despite constant nagging. I have a friend who lives on the complete opposite side of the complex who had the same issue, so it's not an isolated incident. They will tack on a hidden fee for almost anything. Extremely rude and invasive office staff, their front desk lady used her golf cart to pull my boyfriend over for his driving (while both annoying and hilarious). Don't be fooled by the nice exterior and seemingly friendly environment when you tour like I was. This is the worst place to live. The tresa across the street was my first lease and I had no issues there! You're better off steering clear of this place.
