  • Very disappointed. My husband and I really liked this gym and had only been going there for a couple months. We signed a year contract when joining the gym and 3 months in they tell us they are changing it and we now need to pay $20 more dollars in addition to what we were already paying a month to bring our daughter to their daycare a few days a week and we only leaver her there for 60-90 mins. The daycare was one of the biggest reasons we chose this gym. Long story short.. Why do we sign a contract if you're just going to change it on us?! We will be taking our business else where. Oh, and I must add that my husband tried to contact Valerie "the person in charge of memberships" and it took her 5 days to finally get back to him. She was there every day that he called and he just had to keep leaving her a voicemail. She didn't even apologize for taking so long to call him back! Ridiculous!
