  • Dr. Kathleen Weber is amazing. She really spends the time in each office visit to take care of the patient. When the kids are sick or just need a checkup, I really look forward to seeing Dr. Weber. There is no sense of being rushed; she takes the time to understand what's going on. My only regret is that she doesn't take adult patients! That said, the front office is horrid. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. We have been trying to get a (non-financial) clerical error fixed on our account for 8 months. They want a copy of the insurance card EVERY TIME I go, even if I was just there the previous day. There is no use of courtesy words, such as "good afternoon" or "thank you". There isn't even a smile. In spite of the horrible office, I think it's worth it just to see Dr. Weber. Once you get past that train wreck of a front desk, you're treated like royalty!! Dr. Weber gets 5 stars and the front office gets 0 stars (in fact, they owe ME some stars!!!!!)
