  • Complete ripoff and unreliable and unprofessional. Armando the seamstress is rude and inconsiderate. He is very talented, but no customer service. He is always leaving early. I even punched out of work early to be sure to catch him and he was still gone. I left a note and instructions to other employee for him to call me and he waits until 6 days later. Here I am thinking the work is done and he is only calling to say it will be 40 dollars! WHAT? for a hem? Go to Prestige Cleaners on Goldwater. 12.00 for a hem and they are so kind and professional.
