  • Made appointment for Deer Valley Rd location, took off work. Got confirmation call. Got there and was told my imaging was at another location on the west side. Asked if they could get me in at a location a few miles away was refused "they were too busy" even for a 10-minute scan they could not accommodate me even though their error. Really poor, now I have to take more time off from work.
