  • Seems like they care more about making money than your actual needs and concerns. I have taken my 2 small dogs here twice and got less than desireable service alongside an inflated.bill at the end. They suggest so many meds and add ons that it makes it seem like your perfectly healthy dog won't live to see another day. The office is mostly clean and well maintained, but they make it really hard to say "no" to the extras they want you to purchase or the tests they want to run on your pet only to find out they are okay. To me, it seems like a scheme to make more money.
