  • This place is hit or miss for me. It's Payless, I'm not sure what else to say. They have a good selection of varying sizes, but most of the shoes aren't of the best quality. I recently purchased 2 cute pairs of ballet flats that were BOGO 1/2 off. I actually wear them often. But last time I went in, none of the styles were really current. Either way, it's not far from my house, so I'll peek in now and then.
