  • Teresa Harrison should be FIRED!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Unless of course you want to be treated like crap! HERE IS OUR SUPER LONG STORY: My husband and I had got our loan awhile back (Dec 2014) with Seline? I believe her name is, from this girl who now "conveniently" no longer works there..but I will get to that in a minute... When we got his loan he asked multiple times about coverage and told them that we only had liability, and Seline told us as long as he got GAP he didn't need collision/comp. (They must get commision on this or something?) father and the person we purchased the vehicle there were there as witnesses to what she said. We had no issues until may when his insurance came up for renewal. After the insurance came up for renewal in May then we got a letter stating we needed to have full coverage. (I know this was about the time I did the loan on my car, and I told him that I remember my loan advisor specifically saying that I needed full coverage and that Seline was ABSOLUTELY WRONG in what she told us.) . We then make sure it's fully covered. We then gets another letter stating that they were going to add roughly $800.00 to this loan for not having insurance, so we take it in to Seline about 3 weeks ago, and Seline said it meant nothing and still said we didn't need full coverage and to ignore the notice and she assures us that we have nothing to worry about and that nothing has been added to the loan account. (even though I recently did add full coverage for it) and also had my insurance agent call and get in touch with them to prove that we were fully covered). We assumed all was fine... Then we received ANOTHER letter stating that we would be billed $80-90 for "insurance gap" between May-July. Where we had liability only. (which is interesting that Seline even let us do the loan without proof of coverage in the first place and that they are not even mentioning Dec 2014- May 2015). We then take the letter to the branch again Yesterday, and this time learns that Seline, conveniently no longer works there. The manager, TERESA HARRISON was nothing but completely rude to my husband and I as we tried to explain the situation to her. Basically saying "you signed it, deal with it" and kept putting words in my husband's mouth. My husband and I had full coverage as of July 2015, after we found out he needed it, because Seline had given us the wrong information. We don't feel it's right that we should have to pay the $80-90 when he was given mis-information. By the way, we also believe this manager told corporate that we have NO INSURANCE at all now after he asked for the district managers number (can't recall her name). maybe as retaliation? This is the email we got today: This is a notification from InTouch Credit Union. We received notification there is no insurance coverage on your vehicle and Collateral Protection Insurance will be added to your loan causing your loan payments to increase. This is an important matter that requires your immediate attention, please e-mail us at XXXXX or contact us via phone at XXXXXXXXX. Thank you, Member Solutions InTouch Credit Union That was the email we received. Which is not true. We already want nothing to do with this bank anymore. My insurance had also faxed a copy of the declaration page on September 28th 2015 and they even sent me a confirmation of the fax sent as well. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I highly recommend you take ALL of your banking needs elsewhere....
