  • do not EVER EVER EVER come here!!! I don't even know where to start, I could write a book I have that many issues with this place. First off, the ONLY reason I ever went here in the first place was because my insurance assigned me to them. I stuck with it when my plan kicked in because they are close to me. Fine, I will try them. I made an appointment through the 800 number, and had to schedule it a month out because that's the first available Saturday they had. THEN, when I showed up, they told me the doctor had an emergency a few days prior and I should have gotten a call to reschedule. KEY WORD should have. I did not. So not only did I schedule a month out in the first place, I had to reschedule again because of that emergency the doctor had. I picked another Saturday and came early to fill out all the paperwork they required. I had my 6 year old with me, because I didn't have a choice. When they called me back to the room the lady asked that I leave him in the waiting room. My 6 year old, alone in a waiting room full of random adults. I DONT THINK SO LADY!! That rubbed me the wrong way. I should have known it would go downhill from there. It took an hour to get all of the x rays, and then the dentist finally came in. I have always had good teeth, only one cavity my whole life, and they told me I had not only a cavity, but needed two root canals and a deep cleaning also. OH and not only that, I also had an infection that THEY pointed out, yet didn't write me a prescription to correct that issue. I would NEVER recommend this location or any other one in this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a medical appointment.
