  • First room we checked into smelled like absolute death. We couldn't believe the scent... apparently the housekeeping staff said "the room didn't get cleaned yesterday and had two big plates of beans." We went to the desk to change rooms. When we made it to the next room the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said they aren't finished installing the lights in those rooms. So... why the heck would you put us in a room that someone knows smells like death, or in a room that wasn't finished? Only frustrated because we also still paid full price. I will say though, the staff was very friendly, which made the stay doable.
