rev:text	Since I wrote the review below things have changed. Long story short: I met one of the owners and he was extremely Apologetic. We had a long conversation about the issue and I took him at his word that this was a "one off" happening. As I have been a long term customer I thought I would let this go and continue to do business with this location. So far the service has been back to the standard I was accustomed to. Give them a try...I think you will be happy with their knowledgeable staff. They provided the service I had expected Although the staff are very knowledgable and helpful i have found the service staff and manager to be quite rude and condescending this year. Our family has been buying our ski equipment here for 10 years now. I just spent iver $2000.00 on new skis and boots for for my wife, new skis and boots for one daughter and new boots for my other daughter. I got a phone call this afternoon telling me, and i quote " you need to pick up your skis today to make room in our service department" I was going to be pick them up anyway but the service person needs to change the attitude. Upon arrival i checked the skis and my daughters old skis that were in for fitting of new boots and a wax. The base was still in rough shape. The young man serving me immediately said he would get the manager, Jesse. Jesse then proceeded to rant that the work order just said wax and that i hadn't been charged for it, which is true. I mentioned it would have been a good idea that the service dept. give me a call and ask if i wanted it done, which is the sevice i have received here in the past. I told Jesse that i was under the impression that the base would have been repaired and that was what i thought the salesperson had put on the work order. Again all i got from Jesse was rudeness and attitude that the sakesperson was his employee and was not allowed to give that service away. He then just walked away. Not once did he ask to look at my invoice to clarify what was listed for service, not once did he offer to take the skis and get bases cleaned up and rewaxed, for normal price. Based on the attitude of both the service person and Jesse, the manager i will be taking my future business elsewhere.
