  • My home warranty company sent them. All the tech did was take photos of freezer and blame it on damaged parts. I paid the $75 deductible and canceled my home warranty. He didn't do anything to fix it. I felt ripped off. I called my appliance tech and he replaced water and ice tubing for $60 and it worked. Fidelity tech was incompetent.
