  • Taco Green-Go is my go to on FTF. The vegetarian dishes- specifically the vegetable Incred-a-bowl, Island style is to die for! Seriously, mango salsa...coconut jasmine rice...pineapple guava aioli!! Need I say more?! My only wish is for a separated vegetable medley. While the truck staff is super accommodating to custom orders, they could not guarantee there wouldn't be mushrooms in the vegetable medley. Luckily I do t have an allergy to mushrooms; only a strong dislike for their texture. Next time you're attending FTF, be sure to stop in st Taco Green-Go. You will not be disappointed.
