  • HERO gave us HOPE that there is still some down to earth dependable local businesses and people around. After a fun weekend at the Lake with our new boat, out trailer threw a bearing. I had gotten HEROs' phone number from a business card at another boat landing the day before, I call the guy and he is here WITH PARTS, in a clean vehicle, looking clean cut, with all the right tools, ready to work, no BS excuses within an hour !! As promised on the phone. He even gave me detailed instructions and had me take pictures of the issue with my more trailer so I could seek reimbursement. I didn't ask, HE OFFERED! His manner had me reflecting on how I need to improve our punctuality at my own business on the long rainy ride home. It also had me reminiscing about the Love you have for that business. The repair was better than expected and a true HERO was born. A GREAT guy, with a great knack for service. He is 100% devoted to his level of service and his spirit immediately puts you at ease. My only complaint (yes I am not your normal Yelper), is that he was too cheap. Upsell me a spare tire, sell me a monthly service plan, offer to file the claim for a $75 charge (say charge, not fee). People will buy it. I feel like my bill should have been 75% higher than what it was. Your too good Man! Charge more, hire some good Employees and direct your energy into growing this beyond you. People will pay for it. More "you" time, will make your business better for you. I would rather pay more and know you are not going to personally answer your cell phone for work 24 hours a day. Go and get some time to fish or go catch a movie on a date. Diverse rating seemed great. Hands down, there is no one else to call.
