It has been one week since we last stopped in and we still have not received a call from the manager. Gabe says he would have the manager give us a call tomorrow and here we are a week later with still no call.
Gabe still claims we are at fault. He claims my husband purposely put the van on reverse while in the car wash. Who in their right mind will do this?
He will not listen to our side of the story. He only hears what he wants to hear in order remove liability from them. He states that since my husband put the car on reverse, they are no longer liable.
Here's the story: THE BRUSHES PUSHED our van backwards! We did NOT simply but our car in reverse. That's what caused all the damage. We put our vehicle on reverse after the fact in order to untangle our car from the brushes. The attendants tried to manually remove the brushes but weren't able to so they asked us to go on reverse and forward multiple times in order to remove the brushes.
We will not simply go away by having you guys ignore us. We are documenting every interaction with your staff and we have the video of the incident. We will pursue every avenue to make this right.
