  • My honest review is hit or miss with this place. The prices are a little high for some of the stuff they sell but on the other end its easier to get and worth the price versus going on eBay. The manager although a little snippy with the employees when I was there was great with me as a customer and the game repair guy Eric was friendly and helpful when you can catch him. I did have to stop by four times to catch him and even the employees stated he just comes and goes. I have gone to Retro City and they are great but I tend to go back to Gamers Paradise to due to the "extra" work they do with the original Xbox. If other places started doing so this place could be in trouble.
