  • I was reminded today why I avoid this location at all costs. I'm typically a fan of Tropical Smoothies, but for some reason this location always disappoints. The staff always seems overwhelmed, even when I'm the only customer there. The quality is inconsistent at best. Service at the drive through is usually poor and rushed (I know it's fast food but it boggles my mind why more drive thru businesses don't put a focus on service quality at the speaker. It's the face of your business!!). Today was the final time I'll visit. I was temporarily commuting down Blue Diamond this month and pulled in to get my daughter and me smoothies and wraps. I had been avoiding this location but I gave them a try again. Despite being slow, everything came out ok so we had dropped in a few more times. Today, my smoothie (Island Green) was completely disgusting. The wraps were not cooked at all. If I wasn't heading to work, I would have gone back and demanded a refund. This location is so well placed and Tropical Smoothie has a good product ... it's a shame that this location can't get their sh*t together.
