  • Went with this company instead of Safelite on a recommendation from my brother because of the "Diamon Fusion" they offer. Tech (sub contracted Trinity Auto Glass) came to my place of business, completed the windshield install in less than 30min and when I asked about the "Diamon Fusion" he stated he was not told about this and didn't have any of the "wipes" to adhere it. Contacted Desert Breeze just after his departure who stated they would take care of it. Two days later I'd heard nothing and contacted them....after several calls back to me I was told "it will be taken care of" (same phrase I got the first time) and scheduled for it to be done on Monday 5/1 between 10-2. Monday came and went with no call/no show as with each day since. Very disappointing.
