  • Let me preface this review with something...this is one of those shady businesses run by con artists that you would see on an episode of Dateline!! BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS UNREAL!! If I only had read the reviews of this dive before I bought a Groupon for Botox & Juvaderm. I didn't even want to choose one star but I had to in order to post this review. I've totally wasted my time and energy with this place. Such bull crap. The 1st appt I went to (in order to redeem my Groupon) the receptionist and "nurse" claimed they had neither of the products in stock. So they coerced me to TRY the "UNDILUTED DYSPORT"...so I accepted (as I rolled my eyes). I swear whatever the chick injected into me didn't work. I actually ended up going to a different reputable place a few weeks after that for ACTUAL Botox. Anyway...they rescheduled me for a different day for Juvaderm. Upon that appt day, I get a call canceling my appt due to the nurse being sick. So here we go with another new appt. I went to my appt last week and the receptionist claims they don't honor Groupon anymore, that she doesn't recall me being there previously claiming a Groupon (even though the nurse recognized me and told me I looked good and different from the last time I was in - that's probably because I got real Botox elsewhere). The receptionist escorts me into the treatment room (because some young lady customer came in...probably getting ripped off as well) and says she can't help me and that I have to get a hold of Groupon myself. She was raising her voice with me. I told her that she was yelling at me and then she said "THIS WOULD BE YELLING AT YOU!!!!" This had to be one of thee creepiest places I've ever been. I said "I want out of this room immediately - I do not want to be in here with you." Receptionist: very unprofessional. I got a hold of Groupon and they are now helping get me a refund, thank goodness. It's so crazy that I'm reading other reviews on here that are basically claiming the same kind of service that I had! This is a major CON JOB!! I think the Better Business Bureau needs to be informed of this scandalous place...ASAP. I feel so sorry for other people that are probably getting scammed or people that are ABOUT to get scammed. *****BUYER BEWARE*****
