Nick was quick, we were in & out.. This time. I scheduled an appointment which is one way to make this dreaded experience easier. Also you can pay your bill at the easy-to-use kiosk. I really put off coming to Sprint, until the very last minute.
Once a rep deleted all of my dads contacts, instead of transferring them to his new Smart phone that I got him for Fathers Day. I also had a major issue w/ the insurance phones & came back 17 times w/in a month to get each one fixed w/ different various problems. Carlton back then was excellent & finally stepped in to get it fixed. Many horrible issues at this location in the past, but as of the last three months they have stepped up there service to me. Especially in comparison to the times before. I actually want to give them a zero, except that the last two experiences have changed my mind.
I have stayed w/ Sprint because I'm 'grandfathered' into an excellent unlimited plan from over a decade ago.
Nick was exceptionally great. While you wait they have news & tid bits of info that you can read on the tv. All in all if you have to wait, there's a lot to do in the parking lot, such as go get free cookies for spending $6 at Freeds.
Mom's very happy w/ her upgraded flip phone lol!
