  • Hands down the best service, excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, happy hour, shuttle service. EVERYTHING you need when you have to travel for work. I am a breastfeeding mom who needs to pump while traveling. While the rooms have great refrigerators I really wanted to freeze my precious liquid gold. I asked the front desk where to get dry ice.. Scott was such a huge help!! He didn't know but went to work and started searching and calling stores in town. It was 9:30pm by this time. But he called me up in my room, told me the Hyvee sells dry ice, and that he would get the shuttle there in 10 min to take me to and from the store. I could've cried!! The shuttle driver was at the end of his shift but could've have been more than happy to help me and we had a nice chat to and from the store. Scott also made sure the cooler I ordered from Amazon got to me. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this hotel.
