Love this place! Great photos on the wall of the owners fishing in Alaska.
We purchased a filet of halibut and it was delicious, baked in the oven with just olive oil, a little garlic, and lemon juice.
They flash freeze the fish on the ship, so when it gets here, it still has that fresh taste. I also love how they mark the date the fish was caught. My halibut had 4/27/17 stamped on the vacuum sealed wrap, and it was perfect. I'm excited to try their other fish.
Besides all the lovely seafood, they have grass-fed beef and pork. Didn't spend a lot of time admiring those containers, as I was too attracted to the seafood.
I'll definitely be back here for more!
