  • This place is ridiculous! We were waiting in line for a good 10 minutes, and as soon as we reach the register, the cashier informs us that this is a credit only line (we had cash in hand), and that she couldn't take us! There were NO signs posted anywhere to indicate a 'credit only' line! No other cashier seemed all too eager to exercise some proper customer service and immediately take us! Is this the way you treat your customers?! SHAME on you Michael's! I'll take my business to Pat Catan's or JoAnn Fabrics! Clueless buffoons!
