  • I had used Priceline to rent a car for my boyfriend, recieved a comfirmation number and instructions on what would be needed for check in. As soon as they saw he had a Priceline receipt, they said they couldn't look him up or find his reservation. They wouldn't take a credit card over the phone or help us (I was on the phone with him during the check in process) despite the circumstances. My boyfriend took a red eye flight there to see his grandmother in her deathbed and the people at Alamo were unmoved and unwilling to help him out. Took our business to the Enterprise counter instead and received much better service and just some downright human compassion.
