  • Business banking here has been very smooth compared to other branches as most staff here are far more accommodating with my requests and incredibly helpful. We've had the same business clients (I run a commercial maintenance company) for about 10 years processing the same monthly invoices and never once did this branch put a hold on any of our cheques. Other branches (specifically woodside mall and bridlewood mall) stare at me dumbfounded and clueless when I refuse to allow holds on any of our regular cheques. Seems legit to put my foot down when unnecessary service is being forced down my throat. Some branches also have the policy of calling ahead (at least 3 business days) for large amount withdrawals, however this RBC branch had never stung me with that option. We all work hard for the money and I plan to stay in control of what I do with it. Great service and the friendly tellers is just a plus. I can't speak for the 'personal banking' service but after dealing with several different tellers, management here seems to train the reps on exceptional costumer service which results to a more positive work environment!
