  • In all sincerity do yourself a huge favor and do not come here to buy a car... I don't have the best credit due to student loans and overall bad decisions in my younger years so I know I may not get approved easily which I was fully aware of and prepared to shop around. I came here on a good friends recommendation. I find a car I love and they tell me I'm approved. I take the car and they let me break up the down payments which was cool but when I went in to make my 3rd payment they didn't even know I had been making payments, I had to go get the receipts to prove it. A month passes by and I go to get the car registered and I can't because I'm missing a paper, so I call and they said I need to prove my income.(ummmm I did that on the credit app.) Which i put in all my correct info and was truthful then they went in and changed things trying to help me out. I called and text for 3 months asking what's going on or what do I need to get things moving. I barely got any responses( I had to get my friend to go in with me for them to answer me) and when I did they kept asking for pay stubs and bank statements which I gave in the first place. So I sent all that info at least 3 times. Finally 3 months pass and the finance lady calls and says the bank won't approve me because they can't prove my income and it doesn't add up.. When I was truthful from the beginning and out in all my actual income. Overall I feel this place is very unprofessional, I should've known from the beginning if I was gonna be approved or not, instead I had to be the one to reach out and ask what's happening and then one day they tell me I need to bring the car back asap and want to start calling me back to back expecting that I drop everything and rush to them when they would rarely get back to me all the times I called. Save yourself the aggravation and spend your money at a legit dealership or save and buy something outright. Whatever you do don't come here.
