  • Terrible customer service. Waited almost 10 minutes before we were greeted by a server. Placed an order for 3 meals. 2 came out in an adequate amount of time. 3rd meal came out 20 minutes later after the other people at the table had finished their meals. No explanation, no apology, just walked away. Her name was Samantha. Didn't offer to take it off the bill. Never said have a nice day. Rude. Paid at the checkout, explained my experience to the cashier. She said, "Sorry about that". That's it. Won't be back.
