  • We were a little nervous because we are used to renting in NYC which is always a nightmare and we had a bit of a tight schedule, not wanting to navigate after dark in a strange town. No problem. The Enterprise staff were friendly, efficient and had us in a clean, new car within 15 minutes of arriving at the counter, no question too silly to answer and a clear set of directions to get us on our way. A great start to our vacation! Dropping off was a breeze as well - maybe a 5 minute wait in line at the airport, for which they apologized profusely (I didn't even know people did that anymore) and charges were exactly what we had been quoted.
