  • Rich and the entire DVCC team are extremely professional and competent. Integrity is a cornerstone of their establishment! I don't believe you'll find a more honest mechanic. A prime example: I had been taking my vehicle exclusively to a local manufactures dealer. The dealers rep told me my vehicle needed ball joints (45k miles at the time). I took my vehicle to DVCC (based upon a family members referral) to get a second opinion. Rich and team assessed my vehicle stating the ball joints were within factory tolerance and ensured NOT replacing at that time would be fine with the understanding they'd keep an eye on the ball joints during normal maintenance intervals. Five years later and another 45k miles, the same ball joints [that the dealer insisted need replacement] are still on the vehicle with no adverse affects! Great staff, facility and location. Always feel genuinely appreciated, respected and welcomed!
