  • Okay as you can read my previous review it USED to be amazing here. I'm a firm believer that the happiness of tenants is a direct reflection of the property manager. Unfortunately Living Well replaced the original manager Nicole. Nicole was wonderful. She was always pleasant to speak with and had a human element that the new manager is lacking. My fiancĂ© moved here 5 months ago while I'm traveling back and forth to California. Unfortunately he got sick and was unable to work for two months which resulted in us inquiring about transferring into a 1 bedroom. Nicole understood our circumstances and showed empathy and sent us available units to move into. She even sent us a spreadsheet on units available and the cost of move in. She couldn't of been more helpful. We set up a promise to pay agreement since we couldn't pay the full amount of rent due at the time. My fiancĂ© ended up being admitted to the hospital with bilateral phenomena and when he was home and better we reached back out to Nicole to transfer to the one bedroom. To our surprise the new manager Le Kyecha told us that Nicole had been transferred and she was trying to recoup late fees from our promise to pay agreement a month before she was even at the property. I had nicely asked her why we were not notified of any additional fees when paid Nicole the remaining balance. (See attached photo) Her lack of proper English telling me "I don't know why you wasn't notified" really turned us off. For lack of arguments sake we ended up paying the late fees and inquired about our transfer. Le Kyecha very rudely told my husband that he can NOT transfer because he wasn't living in his unit long enough despite what Nicole said. She also said "It may not seem like I know what I'm doing it's because I don't and everyone needs to be patient ." Completely unprofessional and down right rude. Bloom 24 used to be a very nice place to live where everyone was happy. All the tenants were friendly with each other. We had to move out and break our lease because of the new managements unwillingness to work with us and honor what the previous manager said was possible. Multiple people who live there have shared similar horror stories about how rude and arrogant the new manager is. All she had to do was transfer him into the one bedroom and Living Well would have continued to received our monthly rent. Now they have a Vacant one bedroom and a vacant two bedroom. Yes the finishes in the units are nice, the loft layout is spacious and beautiful. Yes your neighbors are super rad and friendly. It's not worth the headache of dealing with a rude manager. My neighbor was yelled at by her for paying OVER the amount due. Who does that? The last piece of this review is how since Nicole left the place is a mess. The garbage is constantly overflowing and there was anal lube left on our stairs for 3 days!! Gross!! (See photo for proof)
