  • Had an appointment to get my lash fill with Kayo as usual, this has been my weekly routine for almost a year. As I laid down, we chatted about Christmas, her upcoming trip to Japan, etc. But as she started on my lashes, I felt burning sensations from glues going into my eyes. My lashes were getting stuck to the under eye patches and she kept taking it off, only to repeat the same cycle over and over. I thought all my own lashes were being plucked off. When I looked up, some stranger was on my face! This really upset me. If they were putting some amateur on my face to practice on, they should've at least informed me and asked for my permission instead of being sneaky. Time to look for a new lash expert!
