  • We are really happy with our laminate floors installed through Cesar's! We purchased the laminate and labor through Lowe's, who uses Cesar's as its installer. The team showed up at the time they said they would, were polite, worked hard and quickly. They did 4 bedrooms, 2 closets, and 1 sunroom of about 700 square feet in two days. I'm no flooring expert, but their work looked good to me. If we have any issues in the future, I will update my review. We had no issues with arguing with them over who moved furniture or not. We paid for the furniture moving service and they moved the furniture as requested. Of course, we had cleared out all small items beforehand. We had no issues with the pictures on our walls. No one asked us to take them down, so they stayed up. This review does not include a rating for booking through Lowe's. Lowe's was kind of disorganized and did not follow up - we had to follow up with them several times. It actually took us 3 months to get this work done from our initial visit with Lowe's.
