  • They disregard your time completely. Came after the window of time they gave me. (And after the electricity to the old place was disconnected) took forever to do one room such that it was already dark outside and they "had to stop" when really they sent two tired guys no more than 160lbs each to move king and queen sized bedrooms and other full furniture sets. Promised someone would be out early the next morning to finish the job. Then two hours after the time they promised someone would be here I call and whomever I spoke to says we were given misinformation and we're waiting for the first available truck...now they're saying its going to be late afternoon again. Knowing the electricity was an issue. Currently on day 2 of what should have been a 6 hour process tops.
