  • Worst auto purchase experience in my life. The actual cash sale went fine. That's will the sh*+ hit the fan. Not one return phone call. They still owe us a second key and it has been over 1 month since the purchase. 3 emails and 4 messages to several departments with assurances someone will return the call. It is not rocket science. Service your customers and they will come back. Don't and they will tell everyone they know just how incompetent the organization is. I need my key and I need the $500 refund on my previous plate. They charged the full amount for new tags and then double dipped by taking it out of the old plate. Not sure why they will not return the call on this issue I can only assume they is a common practice and a way to boost the bottom line with the car dealer shuffle. Go somewhere else. My next call is to the attorney general.
