  • I rented a car here as it was part of a GEICO Express Service Center where I was dropping off my car for body work. The staff were friendly getting me set up and out the door. The car was acceptable initially, but smelled strongly of air freshener. Within 2 days it became apparent that this car had been smoked in and that explained the air freshener odor. I suffered thorough that for a few more days until my car would be ready. When I returned the rental, I discovered within hours that I had left a pair of prescription sunglasses inside. I immediately called but was told the car was already out for rental again. They took my name an number and I was told that the would contact me once someone had a chance to contact the renter and/or look in the car. When I never heard back, I emailed the manager, but never got a response there either.
