  • Very disappointing. Unprofessional. Did not read the directions for fingerprinting for an out of state license. I had to destroy card and request a new one. They are more expensive than a place I used in the past that was very professional. They do not follow directions. They did not care that they made an error. They were careless and in a rush. I will never go here again and would never use them for anything. Very unprofessional and they do not listen.
