I absolutely love Louis Vuitton and the many bags, belts and accessories I own except 1. I purchased a folio phone case and the case doesn't stay closed - very non functional. I brought it into the location to see what they could do to help. The RUDE dark haired lady that helped me stated it wasn't an issue with the folio case so there was nothing she could do to help. I'm sorry but spending $400 on a phone case isn't a small amount of change and she should have at least tried to remedy the situation. Clearly it is a malfunction of the case and taking care of your customer should be your main focus for the amount of money you charge for products. Very disappointing customer service.
