  • Customer service is wonderful. Doesn't matter your age or what your wearing they treat you like gold here. I came in to get my ring cleaned hoping to get some of the scratches to be less noticeable. They took such good care of my ring and it took a lot for me to part with it because I only take it off at bed time! The scratches did go away and it sparkles and shines like new. I still have a small dent they offered to send out to Toronto for a $30 fee to get buffed out. The dent was my own fault and it's not deep but he said a few more cleanings actually might get it out so I might try that. I did not want to be without my ring any longer and I figured the next time I'm over in Toronto I'll just take it in myself. Not a big deal. The man helping me was noticeably sick and I felt bad for him but he brushed it off and was nothing but professional. Honestly when I'm sick at work I turn into an emotional pile. Love their products and the customer care. I have my eye on a few things I'd like hint hint boyfriend hint hint.
