  • I've been to this Chipotle countless times, and unfortunately their service continues to dwindle. This past experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, and although this is the closest Chipotle near my house, I will go out of my way to a different one. This past experience, they over-charged us for items we didn't even order and upon asking for a refund, they said that the Barbacoa meat option was the same price as the vegetarian (the one we actually ordered), but at least they refunded the "extra meat" option which we didn't order either. Between the not using gloves, and over-salted rice (these were months ago), there had been some good experiences. But, when it's more often than not that there have been problems, I can't say I'll be back...yes, even though I absolutely love Chipotle. Maybe you'll get a good experience, maybe not. My advice would be to check out a different one first.
