This is one a few must-stops for me whenever I'm in Vegas.
Yes, it's $14, and that's a lot-welcome to Las Vegas! That's the name of the game-expensive. But in my mind, Vegas is something I do only every once and a while and when I do, I like to go all out.
The first thing I have to note is that I've never waited more than around 10 minutes in line. If memory serves, they usually only send one train (maybe two?) but they're efficient at getting folks on and off.
The ride itself is a little jerky, sure. But it's also a ton of fun. It's fast and exhilarating, especially for a roller coaster built in the middle of a strip of hotels and casinos. If you get the chance to ride at dusk or after dark, it's even better to see the lights of Vegas as you fly through the track.
If you like roller coasters, this is definitely worth a stop when you're in Vegas.
