  • Front desk always sound bored and like they really don't want to be there, don't bother having them do anything that would involved them getting out of their chair. There is no hustle or urgency, they say things with no accountability and their organization and communication is really bad. I've had the manager apologize over the phone before because they told me to come down only to turn me away, then halfway home the manager asked if I could come back because there was miscommunication. This happens time and time again and people are not trained properly. However, I stayed as long as I have because at least the Nurses and Doctors have been great, up until recently. Scheduled an end of day appointment, showed up 20min early to an empty waiting room only to wait another 40min for the doc in the back. After 30 min I actually walked out of the room and asked a nurse if she knew when the do. Would see me, it had been half an hour. "She said she'll be right in" and went to go check, she never came back so after another 5min I walked back out and she said "she's not in there?" Nooooo, otherwise I wouldn't be out here wondering why you didn't come back. I paid for the appointment copay, they took my sample already and I needed to go, I was told I had to stay or they wouldn't do anything, that the doctor couldn't leave her notes through the portal. Finally the doc comes in, no urgency, no apology, told her I was waiting for her...didn't care. Talked for a few min, relayed the same info I told the nurse. She told me the plan and that they'll send over the antibiotics I need to my pharmacy and be right back. Of course their version of "right back" is ridiculous. Again I had to walk out of the room and go look for someone, the doc was at the desk talking to the two nurses, I stood there, the nurse sitting at the computer saw me but continued her conversation. I then pulled out my phone and snapped a photo, they still ignored me, finally I said "excuse me can I go, I really need to leave I've been waiting a long time." The doc said "well I'm putting your plan together" and I asked if she could just send me any notes through the portal (she already told me in the room what I needed to do) "Well sure you can leave without your plan." Not really sure what she meant by that fully but I confirmed that I was still going to receive the antibiotics. She said yes so I left, just shocked by the complete lack of respect and professionalism. With no confidence in them I call up the pharmacy 30min later to see if anything was sent over yet. Nope, of course not! At this point they were now closed so no one was answering when I called, I really wasn't excited to be in pain another day because they can't get their stuff together so I was having to leave messages for the on call docs to make sure they don't just leave for the day without sending the medication over like they said they would. Finally they did get sent over but the hassle to make sure they get their job done was stressful, embarrassing and unnecessary. This place has gone downhill so fast, I've put up with the frustrating front desk for a long time but now the rudeness from doctors...the convenience of being an established patient is truly not worth it anymore here, time to search for a new doctor.
