  • I called today and asked for an appointment for a Halo Braid. I specifically asked if they knew how as I've had this done several times at Blow and really liked the results. They said yes and booked me in. I showed up and the girl they had booked me with could only do French braids, she called another girl who tugged at my head for 15 min but she had no idea how to do it either, yet another girl was called over and she had no clue how to make the braid stand out like a corn-row either. This whole unsuccessful process took over 30min. Usually the girls as Blow get it done nicely in 10min. Lesson learned don't go here for braids or anything complicated simple blow drys are pretty much their limit. Needless to say I left very frustrated I have a wedding today and now have to find an alternative. Lesson to Salon, if u can't do something don't waste people's time, just admit it!
